The third-generation family business originally started in 1924. Today it is run by Patrick J. Falci, his wife Josephine, and daughters, Maryanne & Joanne, but chances are you’ll also see other family members working in the office if you stop by!
Patrick J. Falci & Daughters Inc. began with Real Estate sales and insurance and since has expanded to include additional services such as IRS certified Income Tax preparation, and also residential property management, under the separate Patrick J. Falci Management Company Inc. The management company, also family run, has managed over 200 properties in Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Long Island over the last 40 years, all the while making clients feel like family!
